Container disk too small for NVIDIA .run installer

NVIDIA .run installer extracts ~1.5GB to /tmp and installs ~1.5GB. 4GB rootfs is not enough — SIGBUS on extraction. Use at least 8GB rootfs.

Also ensure /tmp is not tmpfs. Discovered during NVIDIA GPU driver installation (2026-03-01).
