Purpose: Container runtime for Docker workloads

Runtime: Docker Engine + Compose plugin

Container runtime on VM 200 for workloads that don't fit in unprivileged LXCs. All Docker services on the homelab run here. Compose files live in `/root//` on the VM. Future plan: add a `docker_container` entity type to properly model individual containers as distinct from LXC containers and bare-metal services.
